~ Disappointing Purchases ~

Hello! Today I'm going to be writing about 2 things I bought back in March, and I probably haven't used them since... Which is sad because I really wanted them to be great!

I'll be talking about the Urban Decay Naked Flushed compact, and the Too Faced Primed & Poreless Powder

~*~*~

First up! Naked Flushed

I like the idea behind this little compact, it's super convenient to be able to carry 3 face products in your purse, but I think it's a bit too small.
The contouring shade was useless too me, as it wasn't pigmented enough to show up on my slightly-tan skin, and if I packed it on - I looked partially like an Oompa Loompa.
The blush shade was a bit too ruddy for my skin, and it just looked off.
Lastly, the highlight shade was perfect (of course) but I found it a little difficult to get onto a brush alone. Which is why I think maybe if the colors were actually in separate pans or if they were all the same size square, this compact would've worked out much better.

Primed & Poreless

I've heard wonderful things about this product, and I couldn't wait to purchase it!
It comes in 2 ways, as a pressed powder, or a loose powder (above).
Now when I opened this, I was expecting a huge mess and to have the product floating around in the lid, after being shuffled around in shipping. But to my surprise, there was a sticker over the holes, keeping the powder in, and after removing the sticker, you can turn the little dial to cover the openings, so you STILL don't have to worry about a spill if you take this with you somewhere, and you just toss it into your bag!

Now onto the problem: I found this extremely difficult to get out of the sifter. I would turn it upside down and tap it into the lid. No matter how hard or how long I tapped, I wouldn't get a lot out, and it was frustrating to have to continuously turn it over and tap, apply, turn over and tap, apply, repeat, etc.
I don't know if maybe mine got packed together from being shipped (Florida's humidity is a killer), but I sadly can't say if this product did what it said it should.
I think next time I'm going to purchase the pressed powder and test that out!

~*~*~

I'm thinking of maybe doing more posts like this, as I'm usually disappointed by stuff I buy.
Let me know if you guys are interested!

✧ Sephora Jasmine Collection ✧

Hi guys! Long time, no post!
I apologize for that, but I just haven't had the gumption to make any posts.
I have to admit, I wouldn't be making a post today if I hadn't discovered these pictures I took back in March for a post that I never got around to doing! So here we go~
*Heads Up* there are no swatches in this post and I apologize, but it's tagged that way because it still features images of the products and colors

Andrea Redi-Lash False Eyelashes ~Review~

Hi guys!
Today I'll be reviewing some lashes I bought a few months ago, but never got around to wearing until a few days ago.

Andrea Redi-Lash #53S
As you can see, these lashes are pretty natural looking and aren't too long.
What makes these lashes different?
They're self-adhesive!
Which means, no (sometimes) messy glue, or waiting for the glue to become tacky before applying lash strips to your eyes!
These are honestly, the easiest lashes to apply, as it only took me a few minutes. Plus, these are definitely good for beginners because I've never put on false lashes before, and I found these incredibly easy to handle.

Here are some photos of the lashes applied:

In this photo, I'm wearing the falsies on my left eye (right side of picture) which you can see adds quite a bit of length compared to my right eye (left side of picture)

Here I'm wearing both falsies, on both eyes.
BOOM! Instant length in a matter of minutes!

I'm in love with these, and I will definitely repurchase them.

Here are a few other bits about the lashes:
- I've only worn these once, but after pulling them off, the sticky-strip still had plenty of stick to it, so I'd deem these as reusable
- they also seem to have a second sticky-strip included in the packaging so once the current strip runs out, you can just replace it (haven't tried it yet)

----

And that's all for today! Hope you enjoyed reading!

♥ Exciting Beauty Buys ♥

I FINALLY GOT MY HANDS ON THE REST OF THE LIMITED EDITION BABY LIPS
I believe I have them all now!

Here are the 3 that I purchased today:
L to R: 90 Yummy Plummy, 60 Melon Mania, 80 Pink Wink
Yummy Plummy is very sheer, but it darkened my lips ever so slightly, which I really liked, and I have a feeling that if I let it set, it will darken up, just like a Revlon Lip Butter I purchased not too long ago.
I feel like Melon Mania is going to be my new favorite. It's a hot pink color, but it doesn't go on like that. I dunno how to explain it, but I love how it looks. I suppose it looks very similar to how Cherry Me looks when I wear it, but Melon Mania deifnitely has a more "punch pink" to it.
Pink Wink is definitely too light for my skin tone (but it smells delicious), and I'll probably wear it under a dry lipstick more than I would alone.

The full list of LE Baby Lips are: Twinkle, Coral Crush, Pink Wink, Melon Mania, and Yummy Plummy
(And in case you were wondering, I do in fact own all of those)

------

Next up, I have some nail polishes!
Sinful Colors was Buy 4 for $5 with your Walgreens card, and at first I only had 5 in my basket, but then I saw that there were 8 colors in the new Sugar Rush Collection, so I decided to grab the other 3 since I'd be saving a little bit of $$$$.

L to R: 953 Unicorn, 1169 Sugar Rush, 1170 Sugar N Spice, 1171 Sweet Nothing, 1172 Cotton Candy, 1173 Orange Cream, 1174 Candy Coated, 1180 Sweet Tooth
I honestly love all of these colors and I am so glad they were 4/$5 cause that way I only spent $10 instead of close to $16
I'm gonna paint my nails with one of these in a few minutes but I'm not sure which one yet!

------

And last I bought a Maybelline lipstick that I've been looking for (and for some reason it's only at Walgreens and not Target or anywhere else?)

Maybelline Color Sensational Lipcolor in 160 Fifth Avenue Fuchsia

I don't have any quality photos of it on me now, but I do have a semi-decent webcam photo.

Impromptu Beauty Buys

Tonight I went to Target to buy a new shower caddy and some makeup wipes, but of course I saw a couple of red sale tags in the Maybelline area so I went and checked it out
I found the Color Tattoo Shadows marked down to $4.74, so I grabbed two.
Then when I was walking out of the makeup area, I saw they had an end display of Pacifica products, which I thought you could only get at Sephora, so I was pretty happy. Of course they didn't have everything there but I still bought a rollerball perfume.

And that's all there is!

~ More Clothes ~

Bought more clothes this past week:

Two dresses, both bought at Target
Right: Black lace
Left: Seashell Hi-Low
The one on the left I'm gonna be wearing to MegaCon ^ o ^

And I bought these flats because all of mine are black and I needed some nude ones because it's annoying to wear my sandals with lighter colored outfits all the time.

I may or may not wear those flats with the seashell dress but I really wanna wear wedges.
Idk I have like a month to figure it out I guess.

✧ Sephora Cinderella Collection ✧

Okay, I bought this collection this past September and I have no idea why it's taken me so long to take pictures of it. I guess I kept forgetting. Anyway, I haven't messed with palette much yet, but the other day I wore "Rococo" and "Chateau".

On to the photos!

♥ Clothes ♥

Obviously I LOVE buying clothes, but I think these might be my favorite ones so far, besides my new everyday purse!

From Target: Faux Leather Jacket and a Lilac Shoulder Bag
The jacket was $40 which is pretty cheap for most faux leather jackets that I've seen. And this looks so good with a dress (I wore it yesterday) and I bet it will look just as nice with a skirt!
And I really only got the bag because it was on clearance for $12.50 and it was the last one in my Target, so I couldn't resist~

Within in the next week I will probably buy a dress or two from there also (of course I couldn't find stock photos online), but I'm clearly gonna post them here if I do because I'm kind of obsessed with this.

Detail pictures:

I love the "quilted" pattern on this! Pretty sure that's 90% why I got it.

Love, love, LOVE this color~

✧ Beauty Products ✧

Bought some beauty products yesterday that I'm pretty excited about!

Rimmel Stay Matte Powder and Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation
Wow, the foundation photographed dark, but it's really not. Can't wait to see these two on my face! :3

Revlon Nail Polish in "Vintage" and Sinful Colors Nail Polish in "Cinderella"
You just can't pass up polishes that are $2 or on clearance!

Organix Coconut Milk Shampoo and Conditioner
I'm super happy to start using this again! It made my hair so soft~

Alrighty, that's all for now!

✧ Favorite Games of All Time ✧

So for the lack of a better post, I'm making another list! This time featuring 5 games that I absolutely adore and will play over and over.
(Okay I tried for 5 but it didn't work haha)

No. 7 - BioShock
Probably the only game that truly surprised me with its ending.
Also, the whole idea of it is so out there, I love it.
I haven't replayed it yet, but I'm going to soon.

No. 6 - SSX3
I got this game not long after I got my PS2 and I played this game, ALL THE TIME.
It's just so fun, and I liked buying different outfits for the characters. Though I never played as any guys haha.
But my favorite character was Kaori because she was adorable, and had the cutest outfits! (which makes sense, since she is Japanese)

No. 5 - Beyond Good & Evil
Another game I loved, that I'm pretty sure took me a while to finish, just because I was like 10 or 12, and it was actually pretty challenging. I really liked the whole "taking photos" part of it, and I thought that was something different, since all I really played was Pokemon, KH, FF, etc.
I'm really excited about the HD remake, but I haven't had a chance to download it on my Xbox.
I really love Jade, and her green lipstick. (seriously, I used to want it)

No. 4 - Assassin's Creed
Okay, I love all the AC games, but Brotherhood is definitely top because Ezio is my favorite, and he was pretty great in this one. I was sad by how short it was (along with Revelations) but there's nothing I can do about that, I guess haha.
AC3 is definitely really close to this one in my favorites.

No. 3 - Pokemon
Obviously, I love Pokemon - but Crystal is definitely my #1 in the series.
I really, really, REALLY wish it had gotten a remake with HeartGold and SoulSilver just because I no longer have this game or my GameBoy Color (it was stolen out of my parents' car and this game was in it)
I love the starters (Totodile was my favorite for a long time) and Suicune is my favorite legendary.
Plus this was the first game you could choose a female character and I thought she was awesome.
Oh and the fact that you could go back to Kanto? Beautiful. I wish they had kept that in some of the future games. (that would definitely make getting every Pokemon in your Pokedex A LOT easier)

No. 2 - Final Fantasy
My first FF game ever, was X. And it is still my favorite to this very day. I can actually quote some of the lines in it. I honestly probably never would have played this if it weren't for the No. 1 game on my list, and this is why it is No. 2 because they're really about equal.
Yeah, Tidus is kind of dumb as hell but that's not all there is to this game. I love the entire story line, the characters, the music, the world, everything.
Nothing will stop this game from being one of my top favorites.
(unless I actually get around to playing VII, but X will still be special)

No. 1 - Kingdom Hearts
This game was my "gateway" game. Pretty sure, it was my first "true" RPG, as my PS2 was my first console aside from handhelds, and it introduced me to FFX (Tidus was on Destiny Islands, and my friend and I thought his pants were ridiculous, so while reading the log where it says the original game he's from, I was like "hm, I should play this and find out why his outfit is so absurd" - thus my obsession began)
I honestly didn't really care about what I was doing in games before this one. I ran around doing whatever I was supposed to do, not bothering with side stuff (though this didn't have much side stuff going on). I dunno, after this game, I started playing all others differently, I paid attention more I guess.
But god, this story is amazing, and playing all the others and seeing how everything ties together just blows my mind.
Honestly, this is the only game series that I would go out and buy a new system for.
Oh, Birth by Sleep is on PSP? Let me just go get one.
Oh now KH3D is on the 3DS? Lemme get one of those too.
And if KH3 is ever released, and it's exclusive to the PS3? Well guess what, it looks like I'll be buying one of those as well.
Like seriously, no other game is as close to my heart as this one is, and I can't even really explain why. I love everything about it.
Oh, and KH2 or BBS are my tops in the series.

I hope you all enjoyed my list!
What are your favorite games of all time?

2013 - Top 3 Nintendo Games

I tried to make this a Top 5 but I could only find 3 games that interested me :c

No. 3 - Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon
Release Date: 2013?
I never played whatever one(s) came before this, but I really need to play more Mario games because I really love them.

No. 2 - Animal Crossing
Release Date: 5-1-2013
Excited for this because I wasn't allowed to have a GameCube so I never played these before but they look so fun and cute! Pretty excited for this one.

No. 1 - Pokemon X/Y
Release Date: 10-31-2013
I AM SO EXCITED FOR THESE
Pokemon has been my favorite for a long time, and they're finally gonna be in 3D!!
I'm probably going to get X because I like that legendary better.
Pretty sure that I'm also going to choose Fennekin as my starter because 1. I don't think I've chosen a fire starter since Gold and Silver or Ruby and Sapphire, 2. it's the cutest! (they're all pretty cute actually)

~*~*~*~

Let me know if there's any other Nintendo games! I couldn't find a very good list of them.

Ebay: Most Wanted

These are just a few of the things on my ebay wishlist that I really want.
The rest of my list consists of: tights, wigs, makeup, skirts, and cosplay stuff.

I have been looking at Lightning wigs for a LONG time and this one has been the only one that looks like it's really nice quality and is actually the right shade of pink.
I want it so much T~T

I want this so much! It's adorable.
This is also the only one I found that doesn't look "cheap".

Okay, obviously I'm obsessed with lucky cats and pink so this phone case is absolutely PERFECT.
I'm hopefully gonna but it within the next week.

I have been dying over this controller ever since I saw someone (who I'm now friends with) selling it one etsy but with pearls and rhinestones on it. I really want my own to do that with, omg.

Yes, yes, I know that this 99.9% most likely a bootleg, but I don't care.
It's my favorite season, besides S, and I wanna rewatch it over and over.

Strawberries and mangoes are my favorite fruits and I absolutely died over this pillow. They also make a red one but I think the pink is much cuter.
But this post made me see that the shipping is kind of a rip-off with this seller. Definitely gonna look for another one.

Yes... Lucky cats again. This time featuring Hello Kitty!
I want to get the white one and the pink one. ^o^

What kind of stuff are you guys wanting right now?
